Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Specialist to join our team in a hybrid capacity. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive business growth. You will work closely with our marketing team to create compelling content and campaigns that resonate with our target audience across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective social media strategies to achieve business goals and increase brand awareness.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, providing regular reports and insights to optimize strategies.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive community experience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and other team members to create visually appealing content.
  • Plan and execute social media contests, giveaways, and other promotional activities.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong creative skills with the ability to produce visually appealing and engaging content.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with social media advertising and budget management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Location:

This is a hybrid position, requiring a combination of remote work and in-office presence. Candidates should be able to commute to our office as needed.
