Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Google Ads Specialist to join our dynamic team in a hybrid capacity. As a Google Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, generate leads, and maximize ROI for our clients. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop effective strategies that align with our clients’ goals and ensure their success in the digital advertising space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns across various platforms including Search, Display, and Video.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for campaign optimization.
  • Create compelling ad copy and design effective landing pages to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools, providing regular reports and actionable insights to clients and stakeholders.
  • Perform ongoing campaign adjustments based on performance metrics to ensure optimal results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and algorithm updates to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align advertising efforts with overall marketing strategies.
  • Manage budget allocation and bid strategies to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Conduct A/B testing to continually improve ad performance and effectiveness.
  • Provide exceptional client service and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Proven experience as a Google Ads Specialist or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, including Search, Display, Video, and Shopping campaigns.
  • Proficiency in using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Google Ads Certification is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field is preferred.

This is a hybrid position, requiring a combination of remote work and in-office presence. Candidates should be able to commute to our office as needed.
